Welcome to our charming house in Monte Estoril! This residence offers a large space filled with natural light and a beautiful ocean view, surrounded by lush vegetation that creates a serene and relaxing environment. We are conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from the beach, with a variety of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, a bakery, a bird garden and the beautiful Palmela Park all just a 3-5 minute walk from the house. The train station (Cascais/Lisbon) is also just an 8-minute walk away, and we are close to the fabulous Guincho beach in the Sintra Natural Park.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all with double beds, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. With a total area of 960m2, the house includes a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher. In addition, you will find a cozy living room, dining room, office and a living room in the attic with fantastic views.
